DirectDish ("we", "us") provides AI phone answering, ordering, reservation and delivery tools for restaurants. This policy explains what we collect through getdirectdish.com, our phone lines and our text messages, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, restaurant name, website, email address and mobile number when you request a demo or sign up.
- Call and order details when a guest calls a restaurant that uses DirectDish: name, callback number, order or reservation details and notes.
- Basic site usage data such as pages visited and browser type.
How we use it
- To build your demo, set up and run your service, and contact you about it.
- To process guest orders and reservations for the restaurant the guest called.
- To send text messages you or the guest agreed to receive.
Text messaging
If you check the consent box on our site, we may text you about your demo and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run DirectDish (for example, phone carriers, payment processors and delivery couriers) and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
