DirectDish
For independent restaurants

Your phone takes the order. You keep the margin.

DirectDish answers every call, even mid-rush. It takes orders off your real menu, books tables, texts the guest a payment link, and sends delivery at a flat courier fee instead of a commission.

Call the demo line and order like a guest. Free demo on your real menu. $97/month for your first 3 months. English and Spanish. Keeps the number you already have.

Where a restaurant phone loses money

Three leaks, every night

40%

Rush calls nobody picks up

Quick-service spots miss about four in ten calls, fast casual about one in four. Those callers order somewhere else.

15–30%

Off the top of every app order

Marketplace apps take a cut of the whole ticket, and they keep the customer's name and number.

1

Server stuck on the phone

Every call your staff takes is a table they aren't turning and a ticket that's late to the pass.

What it handles

Four jobs, one phone call

ORDER

Takes the order

Works from your menu, with prices, sizes and modifiers. Asks the steak temperature. Never guesses a market price. Reads it all back.

“Two filets, medium rare, wedge with both?”
TABLE

Books the table

Checks covers in each time slot, offers the nearest open time when one is full, and texts the confirmation.

“Seven is full. I have 7:30 or 6:30.”
PAY

Texts the payment link

The guest pays by card on their phone before the ticket fires. Nobody reads a card number over the phone.

“Link's on your phone now.”
DELIVER

Sends the driver

Dispatches a courier at a flat fee. You choose whether the guest pays it, you do, or you split it.

“Driver's about 30 minutes out.”

Questions owners ask

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number forwards to DirectDish. Pick when: every call, only when the line is busy or rings out, or after hours. Calls it can't handle go to your staff.

What happens when something sells out or the menu changes?

Text or email us the change, like "86 the short rib" or a new special, and the menu it works from is updated the same day.

Can I keep DoorDash and Uber Eats while I try it?

Yes. Most owners start by sending phone orders and repeat guests through their own line and keep the apps running. Then they move guests over as it pays off.

How do orders get to the kitchen?

On a kitchen screen that runs in any browser, with a chime for new tickets. Ticket printers and POS entry are set up with you based on what you run.

Does it speak Spanish?

Yes. It switches when the caller does.

Will guests know it's automated?

If a guest asks, it says so. It sounds like a calm, quick host and keeps to your menu, your hours and your policies.
