These terms govern use of getdirectdish.com and the DirectDish service. By using them you agree to these terms.

The service

DirectDish answers restaurant phone calls with an automated assistant, takes orders and reservations, sends payment links and arranges delivery through third-party couriers. Menus, prices and policies come from the restaurant, which is responsible for keeping them accurate.

SMS program

Program name: DirectDish Notifications. When you opt in on our website or ask for texts on a call, you agree to receive messages about your demo, account, order, reservation or payment link. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; reply HELP for help or email hello@getdirectdish.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments

Guest payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, DirectDish is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
